The only accurate models that are or have been available are unfortunately brass models. There are or have been no plans available that I know of; so unless someone knows of plans that can be reproduced here, or are or can be made generally available, then brass is your only option.

Pictured at right is a brass HO Scale Lambert brand SP Flanger in unpainted form.

 Brass Lambert HO Scale Flanger

Brian Moore and a friend have modified and detailed the brass Lambert wood flanger to more closely represent the prototype and also converted one to a steel bodied example. As well they have taken the Walthers spreader and totally reworked it to represent an SP version. To go along with the theme a couple of SD9's have also been given snowfighting equipment.
