- Heavier loads are permitted when shipments move only on Southern Pacific lines (including Cotton Belt) and
certain connecting carriers. For information, contact your nearest Southern Pacific Traffic representative.
- Major door (20") opens away from rail, auxiliary door (12") opens toward rail.
- These 33 cars only are equipped with pneumatic unloading outlets, 4½" in diameter. Hopper openings are 13" x 24", but lading must flow around pneumatic device in hopper (see Fig.2). Working flow area is 130 square inches.
- These 13 cars only have 50 ton capacity.
