13 Vauclain type compound steam engines were delivered to SP by Baldwin in 1903.
#3016-3024 spent their entire lives on the SP, never rebuilt, and scrapped 1916 to 1919.
#285-288 were delivered to the T&NO. #288 was rebuilt with simple expansion cylinders. All were scrapped in/by 1921.
