Rebuilt by SP from A-3 class Atlantic's in the Sacramento Shops in 1927:
Rebuilt by SP from A-3 class Atlantic's in the Los Angeles Shops in 1928:
#3000 and 3001 had their tenders and part of their cabs painted in Daylight, and hauled the Sacramento Daylight.
All were scrapped by 1952.
