| A Fuji E-23 custom decorated by Robert Foerch. |
The 4-4-0's went through several renumberings over their lifespan.
To simplify matters, I have used the 1901 numberings. All were built between 1899 and 1901.
The TNO units were ex GH&SA, renumbered in 1901.
8 engines were sold, and another 8 were leased to TNO in 1902, becoming their 265-272, and 273-280.
These were renumbered in 1903, back to their original numbers, but still worked TNO lines 'til 1912, when they went back West.
All scrapped, between 1934 and 1953.
A Search of the MR Index using SP+4-4-0
Model Railroader did a 'Product Review' of a RTR plastic 4-4-0, that IIRC, was a good replica of an E-23. Just can't recall the manufacturer, or the MR issue at the moment...
'Our' database also has references for E-23's; search for E-23
