Southern Pacific FP7

Atlas HO Scale model SP FP7

The existing HO Scale models have their shortcomings due to their age. The ultimate FP7 would be the combination of two Highliner A unit shells to make a correct length FP7. Either an Atlas or E-R Models chassis could be used, or perhaps a re-engineer of a Genesis or Intermountain chassis.

Kaslo Shops a Canadian resin kit manufacturer has kits for various FP7's. My best guess is their HL-15 for the lone Daylight painted Cotton Belt unit, and a HL-16 for SP's FP7's.
