Southern Pacific SD35R

#2961 seems to have had fan changes at some point in time... see this fan detail shot, one 48" radiator fan is a high shroud one (DW-145), and one 36" dynamic fan also seems to be a hi-top (DA-2001)...

Atlas has released an SD35 in all the major scales, so negating any need for kitbashes.
