Of the six orders Southern Pacific placed for GP60's, 3 went to Cotton Belt.

The image of #9634, represents a unit from the second order of 1988, the major spotting feature, being the Phase I dynamic brake hatch. Compare the hatch to the Phase II dynamics on #9670, a 4th order 1990 build Cotton Belt GP60.
