Delivered in August of 1941 was TNO's second diesel-electric locomotive, the first was an Alco S-1 and prior to that they acquired two gasoline powered small locomotives.
No.11 was delivered in black paint later repainted to Tiger Stripe with lettering all in one line and later in Blood Nose paint with stacked lettering.
Not suitable for general service, it spent most of its life on 'light duties'.
In 1963 it was transferred to the MOW pool and renumbered SPMW 549 and worked occasionally at the Houston Tie Plant.
#11 was scrapped at El Paso in 1967
