There are definitely differences between orders, as regards type and number of headlights and numberboards, SP 1113 as depicted in Extra 2200 South, Issue 56, Jan/Feb/Mar. 1976 - SP Roster, Part III, looks more like a T&NO detailed unit - photo's will be needed to accurately model a unit in your timeframe.

  • Arnold/ConCor once produced an SW7, sold through Walthers that may be of use.
  • LifeLike has released an SW9/1200 that could be backdated.

HO Scale:

  • Athearn has an SW7 that can be backdated.
  • Con-Cor did make an SW7 that may also be of use.
  • LifeLike have made an SW9/1200 that may be backdated.

O Scale:
